KNOW THAT the ma’nawî solicitude (himmah) and assistance of the awliyâ, along with their ma’nawî actions manifested through the outpourings of faydh (ifâdât), are merely a form of du‘â — whether offered through their language of being or the language of their actions. For Allah alone is Al-Hâdî, and He alone is Al-Mughîs and Al-Mu‘în.
